The neighbourhood feels safe and well-lit by night, and the promenade stretches unbroken all the way to Green Point — ideal for early-morning runs or evening walks.
Getting around
Victoria Villa sits in the heart of Sea Point, with street parking on the doorstep and secure off-street parking included. The V&A Waterfront is 8 minutes by car; Cape Town CBD is 10 minutes. Clifton’s beaches are 7 minutes west, and the lower Table Mountain cable car station is 15 minutes away. Uber and Bolt operate reliably throughout the Atlantic Seaboard. Cape Town International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by highway.
