He’s available as needed—offering light daily service, helping with groceries and luggage, and providing an extra layer of security. Warm, professional, and trusted, Austin adds a personal touch to your stay.
Inside, the home has been fully renovated, with brand-new furniture and stylish, high-quality finishes throughout. While there is no secure parking, the area is safe, and street parking is usually available. Do note: the property is accessed via approximately 100 steps—part of what makes its beachfront location so spectacular. Austin is always available to assist with luggage, and friendly local car guards are happy to help for a small tip.
