Signal Hill is one of Cape Town’s most sought-after residential positions — flanked by Sea Point to the west and the City Bowl to the east, with the Atlantic laid out below. From the villa you are minutes on foot from the Sea Point Promenade, and a short drive from the sandy beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The restaurant strip along Regent Road and the bars and cafés of Green Point are close at hand, as is the stadium precinct with its weekly market and walking trails.
The V&A Waterfront — Cape Town’s marina, restaurant hub, and Robben Island ferry terminal — is under ten minutes by car. Signal Hill Road above the villa offers direct access to the Lion’s Head trail and the best sunset viewpoint in the city.
Getting around
The villa includes free on-premises parking for one vehicle. Sea Point Promenade is a 4-minute drive; Camps Bay beach is roughly 10 minutes; the V&A Waterfront is 8 minutes.
